Abstract
In this article, the authors discuss the strategy in providing timely health service to outpatients. They feature the study on outpatient waiting list elimination in the university hospital's urology clinic in London, England, wherein a one-stop clinic and no longer than 10 days waiting period are established. They mention that the study used advance access appointment system and parallel consultation and diagnosis. They relate that contingency planning helps in smooth delivery of services.
