Abstract
The article focuses on a case of a six and half month-old infant with Noonan syndrome and central conducting lymphatic anomaly. Topics include the infant experienced respiratory distress after cardiac surgery and developed chylothorax; the father also showed signs of Noonan syndrome; and the potential benefits of trametinib treatment are discussed.
