Abstract
The article focuses on reports on women's involvement in architecture is not just a social justice but an economic imperative. The 2011 Graduate Salaries Report indicates that the gender pay gap among women in 2010 has increased by 2,000 dollars. Report from the Equal Opportunity for Women in the Workplace Agency confirms that the overall gap in mean weekly earnings for full-time employees has risen by age.
