Single session EUS-ERCP in the management of pancreatic cancer: experience in a tertiary referral center in Greece.

Abstract
This article discusses the use of a single-session approach for performing endoscopic ultrasound-guided fine-needle biopsy (EUS-FNB) and endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP) in pancreatic cancer patients. The study evaluated the outcomes of single-session EUS+ERCP and its impact on hospitalization length. The results showed that the single-session approach was equally effective and safe compared to separate procedures, but significantly reduced the length of hospitalization.
