Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 35-year-old man with right hand numbness, tingling, and weakness. These symptoms are consistent with carpal tunnel syndrome. Evidence of denervation and reinnervation in proximal median innervated muscles were found through monopolar needle electromyography. He was diagnosed of both proximal median neuropathy and median entrapment neuropathy.
