Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 28 day old baby born through vaginal delivery, and was admitted for cyanosis. It discusses how the child was diagnosed with asymmetric facies for right-sided congenital hypoplasia of the depressor angularis oris muscle (CHDAOM). It looks at eye closure, no drooling of saliva and related with congenital anomalies.
