Abstract
The article presents a speech by Robert Charles, president of the Charles Group LLC, delivered at the National Guard Counterdrug Conference in Orlando, Florida on March 26, 2019. Topics included the work of the National Guard in national security requirements to shape State Plans, resource allocation for the U.S. Department of Defense and the 2018 National Drug Threat Assessment of the Drug Enforcement Administration.
