Abstract
Collectively, these data support the concept that, compared with spinal anesthesia, peripheral nerve blocks can provide hemodynamic stability for diabetic patients undergoing diabetic foot surgery. We look through with great interest the article reported by Lai et al. [[1]] in Clinical Autonomic Research "The hemodynamic and pain impact of peripheral nerve block versus spinal anesthesia in diabetic patients undergoing diabetic foot surgery".
