Abstract
The article looks at a study which will analyze the overall in-state post-residency retention rate of each type of Nevada residency program along with their constituents. It mentions physicians were determined to be retained in-State upon completion of their residency program if they held an Active Medical Doctor license and active Nevada resident address. It also mentions retention rate that is less than half of the retention rate of Nevada medical graduates.
