Abstract
In conclusion, we have reported the first case of rupioid psoriasis heralded by annular keratotic and non-keratotic lesions, in a patient with Down syndrome. The term "rupioid" refers to an oyster-like shell cutaneous lesion consisting of concentric keratotic nodulo-plaques. In view of the fact that the diagnosis of psoriasis was not considered before the appearance of rupioid features, the annular lesions may represent an early diagnostic clue.
