Abstract
The article presents the case study of a 21-year-old man with the history of an enlarging lesion on left shoulder that had started as a small spot. On physical examination, a solid red pedunculated and nonfriable nodule has been found. It mentions that the patient had no palpable lymphadenopathy. It states that the lesion was suspicious for amelanotic melanoma.
