Abstract
The article presents a study which determined the malignancy rate of conservative management in patients with a vacuum-assisted breast biopsy (VAB) diagnosis of flat epithelial atypia. Topics discussed include characteristics of breast flat epithelial atypia, patient demographics and mammographic data, and recommendation on the management of patients.
