Abstract
In general, QuantAS provides an accurate quantitative method for isoform quantification, reduces systematic errors in experiments, and demonstrates high compatibility and specificity, while other methods, such as HiFENS, based on Fluorescence I in situ i hybridization (FISH) technique for endogenous splicing isoforms detection, which still relies on isoform-specific regions (Shilo I et al i ., [21]).
