Abstract
The article discusses the diagnosis of acute leukemia in adults. It examines the complete blood counts and results of automated leucocyte differential by using the Siemens ADVIA 2120i hematology system. Also included are the use of analytical methods, platelet counts and receiver operating characteristic analysis.
