Abstract
The article presents readers' questions about runner-related injuries and problems with answers from experts. One female runner is concerned with her salt intake and her sweating during exercise and the possibility of developing hypertension. She is advised to monitor her blood pressure and consider additional salt if necessary. Another runner has a question about a sore hamstring during and after longer runs. It is suggested that she rest and see a physical therapist to overcome the problem.
