Severe forms of hidradenitis suppurativa with complications in the anogenital area.

Abstract
The article describes the cases of three patients with severe forms of hidradenitis suppurativa. The first case had lesions on the mons pubis and on the labia majora of her vulva. The second patient had lymphedema of his penis and scrotum while the third patient had abscesses, draining tunnels and sinus tracts in the axillae, the gluteal, the groin and perianal region.
