Abstract
The article offers information regarding porcine endogenous retrovirus (PERVading) strategies and infectious risk for clinical xenotransplantation. It mentions information on technology which reduces potential of PERV infection and recombination, but the frequency of karyotype anomalies raises new concerns of unforeseen genomic changes.
