Abstract
The article presents an overview of the long-term implications of career development workshop, the Undergraduate Leadership Workshop (ULW), to undergraduate students in the U.S. The topics discussed include vagueness of the career options of undergraduate students in the field of atmospheric sciences and ways on how atmospheric sciences students can benefit from internships and summer research experiences.
