Abstract
The article presents a case report of an old male patient with an ampulloma of the papilla of Vater. It is noted that the patient had undergone cephalic duodenopancreatectomy and postoperatively and developed an enterocutaneous fistula, which was confirmed by a barium enema. A colonoscopy was performed and thereafter a successful endoscopic treatment using biological fibrin glue.
