Examines the morphology and ultrastructure of a protistan pathogen in the haemolymph of a shrimp in the northeastern Pacific Ocean. Observation of cryptic infections in the majorty of prawns; Identification of plasmodia in the haemal sinuses of all tissues; Division of plasmodia into numerous uninucleate trophonts.
