This article, published in the Journal of Neurological Surgery, explores the surgical anatomy of the Lateral Supracerebellar Approach (LSA) for accessing the posterior wall of the cavernous sinus (CS). The study investigates the use of both microsurgery and endoscopy techniques in this approach.
