Abstract
The article focuses on indicators of changing ecosystems being aquatic bird mass mortality in Sambhar Salt Lake, Rajasthan, India. Topics include India being a part of the Central Asia Flyway in which migratory aquatic birds come to Rajasthan and Gujarat, the two states have a wide range of protected areas including important bird areas (IBAs) and bird sanctuaries, and the paralytic disease has caused by the botulinum neurotoxin (BoNt) of the Clostridium botulinum.
