Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 80-year-old man with arterial hypertension, permanent atrial flutter, and chronic kidney disease. Topics include patient being admitted to a university hospital due to persistent rectal bleeding; and chest CT scan showing diffuse post-COVID fibrotic changes with residual inflammatory infiltrates.
