Abstract
The article focuses on study that characterized patients and pathologies that Spanish nephrology fellows face while on-call. The study collected 409 episodes of nephrology fellows during in-hospital on call shifts. Renal replacement therapy was prescribed in the study in 19.8 percent of the episodes.
