Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 33-year-old man presented to urology with a two-month history of abdominal and perineal pain, constipation, and voiding dysfunction. Topics include sarcomas have mesenchymal malignancies that represent 1% of adult cancers; and the initial presentation of pelvic masses tends to occur at an advanced stage with lower urinary tract symptoms.
