Abstract
The protocol for the propagation of Mahonia jaunsarensis, an endemic plant of the Western Himalaya, was developed using stem cuttings. Our results indicated the best regeneration response during the rainy season using a mist chamber. After one year, >95% survival rate was recorded. These results will be useful for the propagation of M. jaunsarensis during future conservation initiatives. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
