Abstract
An essay is presented on the state maps and imperial technologies in Palestine. Topics discussed include the empirical practices which demonstrate the way the production of digital knowledge was shaped by the colonial landscapes, the contemporary work made by the Palestinian cartographers in data visualization, and the three stages involved in map making.
