Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 3‑year‑old girl, who first born to third‑degree consanguineous couple from Bangladesh was brought for the evaluation of mild delay in motor milestones since early infancy and recurrent generalized tonic‑clonic seizures since 4 months of age. The article discusses that Children presenting with unexplained infantile‑onset seizures or tetany and cerebellar cortex hyperintensity evaluated with serum magnesium level to identify underlying hypomagnesemia.
