Abstract
The article presents a study on the combination of StemRegenin1 (SR1) with Delta1 Ext-IgG to improve rapid repopulating cells (RRCs). HES1 Notch target gene expression level was discovered to be 3.5-fold higher in cultures having Delta1 Ext-IgG alone equated with immunoglobulin G (IgG) control. The study suggests that Delta1 Ext-IgG induces HES1 expression in SR1-cultured cells.
