Abstract
The article discusses the investigation on the transcriptional and epigenetic states of cord blood (CB) hematopoietic stem and progenitor cells (HSPCs). Topics discussed include the development of the ex vivo expansion of Notch-ligand Delta 1, the transcriptional analysis which include the isolation, RNA extraction, and cell harvest, and the comparison and downregulation of genes with tumor suppressor genes (TSGs) and the proto-oncogenes.
