Painful ulceration of the lower legs in a young woman.

Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 35-year-old woman with an eight-year history of painful ulceration of the lower legs. The patient was diagnosed with Palisaded neutrophilic granulomatous dermatitis (PNGD) with small vessel vasculitis. Complete resolution of the ulceration was observed after four months of daily administration of dapsone.
