Abstract
The article discusses Julian Körberer who was a volunteer working for the German nonprofit organization Jugend Rettet that operates the search-and-rescue vessel Iuventa. It states that Iuventa was detained in Italy for allegedly aiding illegal immigration and colluding with smugglers. Also discussed is the ship Aquarius accepted by Spain which has carried more than 600 migrants, including 123 unaccompanied minors.
