Abstract
The article discusses the authors' views about the work of the Crimson Care Collaborative group of dental students and faculty members from health professions schools which operates a weekly clinic at the Suffolk County Jail in Boston, Massachusetts, and it mentions an effort to increase availability of dental services for incarcerated patients. Enrollment in the Medicaid health insurance program is addressed, along with training for dental students in a correctional institution.
