Abstract
The article discusses the study which examined the county-level incidence of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) infection in the U.S. to allow higher education institutions to plan their face-to-face opening of classes. Also cited are the susceptibility of young adults to severe COVID-19, and the assessment of the effect of school instructional format like remote and in-person in large colleges and universities on COVID-19 infections among students.
