Abstract
A case study highlights a rare case of pigmented actinic keratosis (PAK) on the eyelid margin of a 70-year-old man, exhibiting a blue macule, diagnosed through dermoscopy and histopathology. Dermoscopy aided in distinguishing the lesion from other possibilities, underscoring the importance of recognizing unique features in diagnosing eyelid lesions.
