Abstract
The article focuses on characterizing the epigenetic dynamics of human pluripotent stem cells (PSCs) during their transition from a naive state to a primed state. It highlights the differences between capacitated and conventional human PSCs, showing that capacitated PSCs are more transcriptionally similar to the post implantation epiblast than conventional PSCs.
