Abstract
The article presents a study on the application of spaceborne reflectivity measurements in calculating the solar ultraviolet (UV) radiation at ground level. It mentions the use of Total Ozone Mapping Spectrometers (TOMS) in producing reflectivity measurements for longest data record on Earth Probe. Moreover, it offers analysis on the performance of spaceborne instruments when used in algorithms to describe ground-level UV irradiances.
