Abstract
Two new metal-organic coordination compounds with the chemical formulae of [Zn(Htpt)]n (1) and {[Zn(H2tpt)(H2O)]·1/2SO4·2H2O}n (2) based on a multidentate 4-(2,4,6-tricarboxyphenyl)-2,2′,6,2″-terpyridine ligand (H3tpt) have been prepared by hydrothermal synthesis method and structurally characterized. The treatment activity of the compounds on the peripheral artery disease was further explored in the biological section. Firstly, the real time reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) was performed and the expression levels of the peptidyl arginine deiminase were measured. Then, the enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) detection kit was used and the content of the inflammatory cytokines was determined.
