Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 13-year-old girl who was referred for clinical and electroencephalographic evaluation after treatment of left frontal arterovenous malformation by radiosurgery with Gamma Knife with Leksell technique. She developed a severe headache and vomiting associated with right hemiparesis at seven years of age. The patient was administered phenobarbital and was advised to use it for long-term treatment.
