Abstract
The article focuses on a research which aims to investigate the prevalence of systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) gene mutation among familial Mediterranean fever (FMF) gene patients. It states that none of SLE patients fulfilled revised Tel-Hashomer criteria. It mentions that the carrier rate for MEF was slightly lower in SLE group.
