Abstract
The article presents the case of a high-grade IRF4-Large B cell lymphoma (LBCL) with spontaneous remission resulting from dysregulation by IGL translocation. Topics discussed include medical investigation on a 34-year old male patient presented for an isolated right cervical lymphadenopathy, what R-banding analysis of chromosomes from nodal tissue obtained by short-term culture without mitogens revealed, and overview on gene expression profiling and mutational profiling.
