Abstract
The article presents a case study of primary hepatoid carcinoma of the pancreas diagnosed using endoscopic ultrasound in a 59-year-old man diabetes mellitus and smoking history. The patient underwent endoscopic ultrasound-guided fine-needle biopsy (EUS-FNB) of the pancreas. It mentions that the tumor cells reacted with Hep Par 1 antibody and were negative for synaptophysin, chromogranin, and cytokeratin (CK) 7.
