Abstract
Composite films based on CH3NH3PbI3 organometallic perovskite and particles of graphene oxide with a content of ~0, 2, 6, and 15 wt % were studied by terahertz spectroscopy in the time domain in the spectral range 0.2–2.9 THz. It has been found that the terahertz absorption coefficient and the real part of the optical conductivity of the CH3NH3PbI3:GO composite increase significantly with increasing content of graphene-oxide particles. It was found that the contribution to the absorption and optical conductivity of low-frequency vibrational modes in the perovskite molecule at 0.96 and 1.92 THz significantly decreases with increasing graphene oxide concentration.
