Abstract
A case study of a 5-month-old female infant is presented who was having an acute rise in serum creatinine. It mentions that she was hospitalized for management of an Interleukin 7 Receptor deficient severe combined immunodeficiency (SCID). The article discusses acute kidney injury in an infant with SCID. It also notes that she initially presented at the age of 2 months with protracted bronchiolitis, persistent mucocutaneous candidiasis, and diarrhea.
