Abstract
The article presents a study on the kinetics of interaction of fluorinated carbethoxy-1-aminophosphonates using a chemical formula with serine hydrolases which played an important role in the pharmacological and toxicological effects of organic phosphorus inhibitors (OPIs). It explores the structure of the compounds through quantum-mechanical calculations to elucidate the mechanism of inhibition of serine esterases. The relative strength of the P-C bond in the tested compounds are discussed.
