Abstract
S117 Pyoderma Gangrenosum and Its Association With Pouch Complications in UC Patients Who Undergo IPAA Surgery However, PG patients have a higher incidence of pouch fistula (50% vs 9.8% P < 0.001), anal fistula (40% vs 12.4%, P = 0.038), and prepouch ileitis (66.7% vs 28.6%, P = 0.048). The patient with LEPG recurrences was diagnosed with PG prior to colectomy and required anti-TNF therapy for PG management; this patient otherwise suffered no pouch complications.
