Abstract
This document discusses the efficacy of the COVID-19 vaccine in pediatric systemic lupus erythematosus (pSLE) patients. The study collected retrospective data on pSLE patients who had been fully vaccinated against COVID-19. The results showed that all patients on immunosuppression had positive SARS-CoV-2 spike IgG levels, indicating an antibody response to the vaccine. The antibody levels were similar to those of pSLE patients who were not on immunosuppression. These findings suggest that the standard vaccine schedule is effective for pSLE patients, but further studies with a larger cohort are needed. [Extracted from the article]
