First Report of Neoerysiphe galeopsidis on Lamium album in Pakistan Proven by Molecular Phylogenetic Methods.

Abstract
White powdery colonies were observed on healthy leaves of Lamium album in the summers of 2020 during a survey of various sites of Abbottabad, KP, Pakistan. Morpho-anatomical and molecular phylogenetic analyses were used to identify the powdery mildew parasitizing this plant. Fungal colonies were checked by pathogenicity tests. This is the first report of powdery mildew caused by Neoerysiphe galeopsidis on Lamium album from Pakistan. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
