Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 73-year-old woman with pulpitis involving her dominant hand and with eyelid eczema. The patient was diagnosed with occupational allergic contact dermatitis (ACD) from ranitidine hydrochloride (HCl). It suggests that any patient with hand eczema who have handled medications should be tested for ACD to the drugs.
