The task of calculating the annual, current plan of the oil extraction plant belongs to the top level of the hierarchy of the integrated production management system. At this stage of management, as a rule, when formalizing the process of volumetric production planning, we use the method of converting a set of technological operations to a single operation — to transform initial products into final ones. In our work, the continuous multi-stage production process of an oil extraction plant for the purposes of current planning and management of the aggregation method is reduced to two generalized operations. The main task of the developed flexible control system for grinding mills of an oil-extracting enterprise on the basis of current deterministic models is the management of material (cotton seed feed rate) flows in production in order to coordinate the loads of the grinding system units, as well as the definition and implementation of optimal modes of technological processes that satisfy the technical and economic indicators current and schedule, therefore, increases the validity and the management.
